Morgan A. Woelke

Morgan A. Woelke is a native of Lewisville, Texas, but an Arkansan at heart. In 2017, she graduated with her B.A. in International Relations and Latin American Studies from the University of Arkansas. After completing her undergraduate studies, Morgan attended the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she served as a student-attorney in the Immigration Clinic and the Human Trafficking Clinic. She also founded the University’s Immigration Law Society and worked as a law clerk for Legal Aid of Arkansas and the Executive Office for Immigration Review at the Port Isabel Immigration Court. In 2020, Morgan earned her Juris Doctor with pro bono honors. Following graduation, she joined Catholic Charities West Virginia where she focused on achieving positive immigration solutions for families and religious workers. 

Morgan works primarily in the firm’s immigration practice, providing comprehensive immigration representation in a variety of immigration matters including representation in Immigration Court, and family-based cases.
