Maegan C. Hodge is a native of Northwest Arkansas. She earned her B.A. in secondary Spanish education in 2014 at Ouachita Baptist University. Thereafter Maegan taught Spanish and English in Northwest Arkansas and Madrid, Spain before going to law school. Maegan graduated from the Tulane University School of Law in 2020, where she was sworn in as a student-attorney for the Domestic Violence Clinic, was a law clerk for the Orleans Public Defenders, and earned her certificate in International and Comparative Law. She served on the Public Interest Law Foundation to provide scholarships for public interest interns and law clerks. She also served on the Tulane Inn of Court as an active member and presenter.
Maegan works in the firm’s insurance defense litigation practice, providing legal representation to healthcare providers including nursing homes, hospitals, doctors, and nurses. She also maintains an active practice in family law, commercial and real estate litigation, and other areas of civil litigation.
Maegan currently serves on the 2021-2022 Second Public Service Academy in Arkansas, is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Association of Arkansas Women Lawyers.
